Foley?s is a Houston, Texas headquartered chain of department stores owned by Federated Department Stores and operating in the U.S. states of Texas, Colorado, Louisiana, Oklahoma and New Mexico.

It was acquired by Federated with its takeover of May Department Stores on August 30, 2005.

Founded in Houston, Texas in 1900 as Foley Brothers, it was originally acquired by Federated Department Stores, Inc. in 1947. In the 1970's Foley's opened stores in Austin and San Antonio and in 1986 it absorbed Federated's Dallas-based Sanger-Harris chain with stores in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Tucson, Arizona and Albuquerque, New Mexico. The enlarged Foley's division was sold by Campeau Corp. to May Department Stores after Campeau's initially successful leveraged buy-out of Federated in 1988. May then closed several underperforming stores in Dallas as well as the Albuquerque location. Over the next decade May spent heavily to build new stores, replace outdated stores and refurbish existing stores. In 1993 it absorbed sister May Company division May D&F, which brought Foley's into the Denver, Colorado, Boulder and Fort Collins markets as well re-entry to the Albuquerque market. By Fall 2006, the Foley's name will be phased out as Federated Department Stores converts the former May Department Stores chains to the Macy's masthead.
