Flyswatter (album)
Flyswatter is the name of a demo album recorded in 1992 by the group blink-182 when it was known simply as "blink". They changed their name to blink-182 because an Irish techno band with the same name threatened them with a lawsuit if they didn't change or alter their name. The recording, made in drummer Scott Raynor's bedroom, was done live and involved no mixing or dubbing. It was available for a while for $5 (US), but it had very bad quality and it wasn't very popular; blink-182 themselves say that this demo was of poor quality, and an official re-release is highly unlikely. However, you can find mp3s of this album from websites such as PunkDisasters.com and BlinkCentral.com
