Florence Eldridge
Florence Eldridge (born on September 5, 1901; died on August 1, 1988) was an American film actress.

Born Florence McKechnie in Brooklyn, New York, Eldrige was a supporting actress in films who also achieved a long career as a theater actress.

Among her films were The Divorcee (1930), Thirteen Women (1932), Les Misérables (1935), Mary of Scotland (1936) and Inherit the Wind (1960).

She was married to the actor Fredric March, with whom she often appeared both in films and in stageplays, from 1927 until his death in 1975. Eldridge died from a heart attack in a hospital emergency room in Long Beach, California at the age of 86.
