The name "Raljon" is the combination of Jack Kent Cooke's son's first names - "Ralph" and "John," but now since Daniel Snyder bought the team, stadium, and site in 1999 it's just called Landover, Maryland. Jack Kent Cooke even had the US Postal Service create an zip code for "Raljon."
