Share rental available in my 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on 5 acres of apple orchard (no pesticides for the last 35 years). There are three bedrooms available for individual rental in my home with a large country kitchen, living room, hardwood floors, quiet & privacy, and lots of outdoor space with much room for gardening. If you are interested in renting two rooms, then you will have a private bath. Must like or tolerate the 4 cats that humor the home. Home is within 5 minutes driving to Sebastopol, 25 minutes to Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Russian River, and Bodega Bay. Groceries, produce, coffee shop, restaurant within walking distance of home. I am looking for self-directed, mature, law-abiding and financially responsible individuals. If you have children, let's talk. This is not a commune; but if you would like to share meals, rides, from time to time, fine. I am environmentally-conscientious but not a fanatic. Live simple. No smoking.
