Fairlawn, Florida
Fairlawn is a Miami-Dade large community with a school and library located within the cities of Miami and West Miami, and areas of unincorporated Miami-Dade County. Its unofficial boundaries are from NW 7 Street to SW 24 Street and from Florida Blvd. to SW 57 Avenue. The area contains a large White American population, now becoming uncommon in Miami-Dade, but still has a Latin flare. Fairlawn is a pleasant, quiet community with 'Down South' values.
