Eugene
Eugene is a common first name that comes from a Greek word meaning "well-born". It is from this same meaning that the term Eugenics derives its meaning. "Eugene" that may refer to:
Ships
- The German cruiser Prinz Eugen was a warship which served in the German Navy from 1940 until Germany surrendered during WWII. The ship is named for Eugene of Savoy.
- USS Eugene could also be in reference to a number of vessels that have served in the United States Navy.
