In mathematics, estimation often means the finding of upper or lower bounds on a quantity that cannot readily be computed precisely.

It is true that "Estimation is approximate or uncertain calculation of a result, often based on approximate, uncertain, incomplete, or noisy inputs. "But in due course of time the inputs characteristics like approximate, uncertain , incomplete, noisy are purified to become accurate, certain, complete and noise-free inputs. It is a continuous activity and not one time.
