eMOTIVe is the 3rd album by the American rock band A Perfect Circle. It was released on November 1, 2004 (although in the United States on the following day). The album contains 10 political covers, and 2 original songs. It debuted on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart at #2, behind the various artist compilation, Now 17. The album cover shows Los Angeles in an Armageddon-like state.

  • "Counting Bodies Like Sheep to the Rhythm of the War Drums" was originally perceived to be a remix of the song "Pet" from Thirteenth Step. Maynard James Keenan spoke about this song on aMOTION and insists that it is not a remix, but rather a second part of "Pet".

    The track "Passive" is actually a remake of a song created by Keenan, Trent Reznor, et al for the Tapeworm project which never saw the light of day.
