Emmanuel Lewis

Emmanuel Lewis (born 9 March 1971 in Brooklyn, New York) is an American actor. He is best known for his title role in the hit television series Webster. He is only 3 feet 4 inches tall (1.02m). He is said to be a close friend of Michael Jackson's.
