Emeril Live

Emeril Live is a program on Food Network hosted by Emeril Lagasse. It features many of the same elements of his other show, The Essence of Emeril, including a Cajun flair. The show is taped in front of a live audience in New York and features music played by Doc Gibbs and the Emeril Live Band.

Emeril Live began production in 1997, and in the same year it won a Cable Ace Award for "Best Informational Show."

The show features a wide variety of cuisine from cajun to stir-fry. It has also featured chefs like Mario Batali, who cook alongside Emeril and help assist in making dishes.
