The label name became dormant in 1962, when the parent company was bought by Philips and was replaced by Limelight for jazz releases, but it was revived in the 1980s when the catalog was under Polygram's control, and has been intermittently used since. The label's catalog is now part of Universal Music Group's jazz holdings, The Verve Music Group.
