Elk Grove Village, Illinois

Elk Grove Village is a village located primarily in Cook County and a small part in DuPage County, Illinois. As of the 2000 census, the village had a total population of 34,727. As the name suggests, Elk Grove Village is home to a small herd of Elk kept in a grove at the eastern edge of the Busse Woods forest preserve.
