Eastphalia
Eastphalia (German: Ostfalen) is a historical region in northern Germany. Together with Westphalia and Engern, Eastphalia formed one of the three parts of the early medieval Duchy of Saxony.

Today, Eastphalia is located in eastern Lower Saxony and western Saxony-Anhalt. The term is sometimes limited to the geographical area between Harz and Lüneburg Heath.
