Eastern Canada
Eastern Canada covers the four Atlantic provinces, Quebec, and the province of Ontario. Within Ontario, however, the region is often further divided into Central Canada, the Maritimes and Newfoundland and Labrador (which is not a Maritime province, but may be grouped with the Maritimes as Atlantic Canada), although this usage is uncommon in Quebec or Western Canada.
