East Grand Forks, Minnesota

East Grand Forks is a city located in Polk County, Minnesota. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 7,501. It is located on the eastern banks of the Red River of the North, directly across from the larger city of Grand Forks, North Dakota. The two communities make up the metropolitan area often called Greater Grand Forks.
