Earl Lovelace
Earl Lovelace (born July 13, 1935) in Toco, Trinidad and Tobago) is a writer and playwright from the West Indies. He is famous for his regional fiction of Trinidad and Tobago, in which he explores the friction between the city and the country, and the issues surrounding social change.
