Dynasty (sports)
In sports, the term dynasty may refer to a team that enjoys a period of dominance over the sport, generally gauged via championship titles. In the estimation of most, back-to-back titles do not alone constitute a dynasty, nor does winning multiple titles separated by a period of several years.
