Dwight Herbert Green (January 9, 1897 ? February 20, 1958) was Republican governor of Illinois, serving from 1941 to 1949.

Green was born in Ligonier, Noble County, Indiana, son of Harry Green and Minnie (Gerber) Green. He married, June 29, 1926, Mabel Victoria Kingston. He served in the U.S. Army during World War I.

Green was a lawyer and served as U.S. District Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois, 1931-35. In 1939, he was a candidate for mayor of Chicago. He is entombed in a mausoleum at Rosehill Cemetery, Chicago.
