Dukla Pass

The Dukla Pass is a strategically significant mountain pass in the Carpathian mountains on the border between modern Poland and Slovakia, and close to the western border of Ukraine. Located south of Dukla in Poland and northeast of Pre?ov in Slovakia, the Dukla pass is acknowledged as an area where Eastern and Western Slavic cultures meet.
