Doug Sanders
Doug Sanders (born 24 July 1933 in Cedartown, Georgia) is a famous professional golfer, who won 20 PGA Tour tournaments during his career. He currently resides in Houston, Texas.

Doug Sanders is most notable for missing a 2 foot putt for the win on the 72nd hole in the 1970 Open Championship at St. Andrews, resulting in an 18 hole playoff with Jack Nicklaus the following day. Jack holed his putt on the 72nd hole for his second Open Championship title, his putter hurled into the air in excitement as Mr. Sanders clutches his head to protect himself.
