Doubt (play)
Doubt: A Parable is a 2004 play by John Patrick Shanley (ISBN 1559362766). Set in The Bronx in a Catholic school during 1964, it concerns themes of sexual abuse by priests, and a nun who tries to uncover the truth about what happened to a child. The story ends with ambiguity, and the audience never finds out if the priest really did what he is accused of.
