Donnie Van Zant
Donnie Van Zant (born June 11, 1952 in Jacksonville, Florida) is an American rock vocalist. He is the younger brother of Lynyrd Skynyrd founder & vocalist Ronnie Van Zant, and the older brother of Southern rock vocalist Johnny Van Zant.

Van Zant formed .38 Special in 1975 as the lead vocalist. The band started out as a Southern rock band, but transitioned to a more straight-ahead rock sound. The band had a string of hit singles between 1981 and 1991.
