Don
The term Don may refer to;

- Don, Nord, a commune of the Nord département in northern France
- Dôn, a mother goddess in Welsh mythology
- an abbreviated/diminutive form of the Western male name Donald.
- in English universities, traditionally, a head, fellow or tutor of a college (see also Superdon)
- in Spanish and Italian, Don is a nobility title for a male, prefixed to the name, often paired alone with the first/Christian name (e.g. Don Juan, Don Quijote, Don Giovanni). It is abbreviated as D.. The female for Don is Doña (eg. Doña Concepcion).
- An (obsolescent) colloquial term for a Spanish person. The word appears in Henry Newbolt's poem "Drake's Drum": "If the dons sight Devon, I'll quit the port of heaven...".
- Don is also commonly used as a general term for mafia bosses, coming from the Italian term
- An Ashkenazi variant transliteration of Dan, the tribe of Israel.
