Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead

Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead is a 1991 comedy film. Christina Applegate stars as a teen trying to escape to the beach, but must tackle the burden of running a household while her mother is on vacation and as the title explains the elderly babysitter put in charge of her and her younger siblings dies. It also featured Keith Coogan, and a minor appearance by a then obscure actor named David Duchovny.
