Disturbing Tha Peace (DTP) is a management company and hip hop collective based out of Atlanta, Georgia. Chaka Zulu is the manager and head of the company, which includes among its clients/members Ludacris, Bobby Valentino, Shawnna, I-20, Tity Boi, Lil' Fate, Jay Cee, Field Mob, Sharifa, and formerly Chingy. Ludacris, Bobby Valentino, Tity Boi, Sharifa, and Shawnna are signed to Def Jam South, Lil' Fate, and I-20 are signed to Capitol Records, Playaz Circle is signed to Universal Records, and Field Mob is signed to Geffen Records.

The entire Disturbing Tha Peace collective released their debut album Golden Grain in 2002, which contained the hit "Growing Pains". After the release of Golden Grain, St. Louis rapper Chingy parted company with both DTP and Chaka Zulu, claiming that his finances were mismanaged.

Disturbing Tha Peace recently signed on R&B singers Sharifa and Bobby Valentino, along with rap groups Field Mob, Playaz Circle and Norf Clik, to the growing roster.
