Diogenes (Διογένης) is a Greek name shared by several important historical figures:

- Diogenes of Oenoanda (2nd Century AD), Epicurean
- Diogenes of Judea (fl. c. 100-76 BC), general and advisor for Hasmonean king Alexander Jannaeus.
