Leonie's and Alastair's son has turned out exactly what could expected, Satanas' son, though very fond of his mother and respectful of his father, doesn't give a damn about conventions and seems to have no morals at all. When the outcome of a duel forces him out of the country he invites his latest victim along, but ends up with her prim and proper sister Mary instead, a paragon of respectability - who by the way possesses wit and common sense in abundance - and who completely changes the devil's cub.
