Delta Motor Corporation
Delta Motor Corporation was a South African car manufacturer, which was created through a management buy-out after General Motors (GM) divested from South Africa in 1986. In 1997, GM acquired a 45 per cent stake, and in 2003 the company became a fully-owned subsidiary, General Motors South Africa.
