Dead Man's Folly
Dead Man's Folly (published in 1956) is a detective novel by Agatha Christie. It features Hercule Poirot, her famous Belgian detective, and Ariadne Oliver.

In the story, Poirot is invited by Mrs. Oliver to a murder hunt during a fair, where the goal is to figure out the mystery. Mrs. Oliver's intuition that something sinister is going to happen proves correct when the young girl playing the part of the body is found to be truly dead and Lady Stubbs, wife of Sir George Stubbs and hostess of the fair, goes missing.
