David Hartley (the Younger)
David Hartley (1731 - December 19, 1813) was a member of the House of Commons (1774?80, 1782?84), an inventor, and the son of the philosopher David Hartley. He was a signatory to the Treaty of Paris, which ended the American Revolutionary War.
