David Gray (snooker player)
David Gray (born 9 February, 1979) is an English professional snooker player.

Gray turned professional in 1996, after becoming the youngest winner of the English amateur title in 1995.

He won the 1998 Benson & Hedges Championship. His only ranking tournament victory so far is the 2003 Regal Scottish. He broke into the top 16 in the world rankings in the 2002/03 season, where he has now remained for 3 seasons. On 28 November, 2004 he reached the final of the UK Championship, losing 10-1 to Stephen Maguire. It was during this tournament that Gray scored his first maximum break - the 50th made in professional play - in the fifth frame of his last 32 match against Mark Selby - the man he beat in the Regal Scottish final.
