David Duvall Orr
David Duvall Orr (born: October 4, 1944) served as interim mayor of Chicago, Illinois from November 25 to December 2, 1987 for the Democratic Party following the death of Harold Washington. Orr is a graduate of Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa.
