David Brearly
David Brearly (May 14, 1703–October 4, 1785) was a delegate to the U.S. Constitutional Convention and signed the U.S. Constitution on behalf of New Jersey. A graduate of the College of New Jersey (later Princeton) he also served chief justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court in the first years of the American republic.
