Dancing with the Stars
Dancing with the Stars is the name for a number of international television series based on the format of the British series Strictly Come Dancing. Shows have aired in several countries, including Australia, Austria, Italy, The Netherlands, New Zealand and the USA.
Australia
The Australian series debuted in 2004 on the Seven Network, and is hosted by Daryl Somers and Sonia Kruger. A number of guest performers have also appeared on the show including Australian Idol winner Guy Sebastian.

Series one
The first series aired in late 2004 and featured the following celebrities:

- Matt Shirvington (Athlete)
- John Wood (Actor, Blue Heelers)
- Justin Melvey (Actor and model)
Bec Cartwright was eventually declared the winner, beating Pauline Hanson.

Series two
Series two aired in early 2005 and featured the following celebrities:

- Suzie Wilks (Former host of Changing Rooms)
- Nikki Webster (Teenage Pop singer, best known for her appearance in the 2000 Sydney Summer Olympic Games opening ceremony)
- Tom Williams (Presenter on The Great Outdoors)
- Steven Bradbury (Winter Olympic Gold medallist in speed skating)
- Holly Brisley (Actor and former host of the children's TV show Agro's Cartoon Connection)
The second series was won by Tom Williams, who beat Ian Roberts.
