Tobacco and other drugs

Use of tobacco has decreased sharply among the better educated portion of the American public with use at only 10% among the college educated although it continues at 40% among high school dropouts. It is generally possible to avoid tobacco smoke in business establishments provided care is taken. Many towns, cities and even some states, such as California prohibit smoking in the interior of public places.
