Coty, Inc. is a beauty products manufacter, founded in 1904 in Paris by Fran?ois Coty. Its core businesses are fragrances, color cosmetics and skin care.

Following its recent acquisition of Unilever's fragrances division (UCI), it has become the world's biggest fragrance company. It is especially renowned for its cooperation with designers and celebrities for the creation of fragrances; prominent among them are Celine Dion and Jennifer Lopez.

The company is headquartered in New York City and is privately owned by JAB Investments, the German holding company that manages the interests of the family of Johann A. Benckiser. The company was subsidiary of Pfizer from 1963 to 1992.
