There are Christian conspiracy theorists who believe that the governments of the world are already starting to unite as a single power under the influence of the New World Order, which will bring about the apocalypse and the reign of the anti-Christ as predicted in the Book of Revelation in the Christian Bible. Perhaps the best example of such a group is Cutting Edge Ministries, an online weblog devoted to exposing the alleged role of Freemasons and Illuminati in trying to bring about the New World Order.
