Connecticut Supreme Court
The Connecticut Supreme Court is in most respects a typical American state supreme court. Its seven justices sit in Hartford, across the street and around a corner from the better known state capitol building. Its sessions generally are eight per year, of about two or three weeks duration, with one session in each of the months of September through November and January through May.
