Conanicut Island

Conanicut Island is the second largest island in Narragansett Bay, in the state of Rhode Island. It is connected by the Newport Bridge, recently renamed the Claiborne Pell Bridge, a toll bridge, to the city of Newport on Aquidneck Island on the east and to North Kingstown, Rhode Island on the western shore of Narragansett Bay on the west by the Jamestown-Verrazano Bridge.
