Commerce Court
Commerce Court is a cluster of four office towers in Toronto, Ontario, Canada located in the downtown core on Bay Street. The first building, now known as Commerce Court North was built in 1931 as the headquarters of the Canadian Bank of Commerce. The other three buildings were erected in 1972, the tallest of which is Commerce Court West (288 metres). These were designed by I. M. Pei and Partners and was formerly owned by CIBC Development Corporation. The buildings were sold by CIBC and is now owned by GWL Realty.
