Commando Order
The Commando Order (German: Kommandobefehl) was a single-page document that had remarkable consequences in World War II. In this document, Adolf Hitler ordered that all Allied soldiers serving in Commando or other irregular operations were not to be taken prisoner, but were to be handed over to the SD for execution.
