Clothing industry

The clothing industry is merely concentrated outside the western Europe and America, and garment workers often have to work under bad conditions. Coalitions of NGO's and trade unions like the Clean clothes campaign (CCC) try to diminish these conditions as much as possible by awareness-raising events to draw attention to cases of rights violations, both among the general public and the media.
