Cloppenburg
Cloppenburg is a town in Lower Saxony, capital of the district Cloppenburg. It is situated south of Oldenburg in the Weser-Ems region between Bremen and the Dutch border . It has about 33000 inhabitants and is a medium centre for the largely agricultural region of Southern Oldenburg.
