Clipse
 The Clipse is an American hip hop duo. Formed in Virginia in 1992, the group is made up of African-American brothers, Gene "Malice" Thornton and Terrence "Pusha T" Thornton. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ The Clipse met record producer Pharrell Williams of The Neptunes during the early part of the 1990s, and Williams helped them secure a deal through Elektra Records. The group's debut single flopped, and Williams resuscitated their careers in the early 2000s, signing them to Arista Records through his Star Trak imprint. Star Trak/Arista released The Clipse's debut album, Lord Willin', on August 20 2002; the album includes their top 10 R&B/Hip-Hop single "Grindin'". ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
