Clamart is a city and commune in France, in the southwestern suburbs of Paris, on the left bank of the Seine.

The city is divided into two parts, separated by a forest and they are, bas Clamart, the historical centre, the petit Clamart, with urbanization developed in the 1960s replacing pea fields.

The canton of Clamart includes only a part of the commune. The other part of the canton belongs to the commune of Le Plessis-Robinson.
