Cito Gaston
Clarence Edwin "Cito" Gaston (born March 17, 1944 in San Antonio, Texas) is a former outfielder and manager in Major League Baseball best known for managing the Toronto Blue Jays to their first World Series championships in 1992 and 1993. He was the first African American manager to win the Series.
