Circulus are a nine piece acid-folk/prog rock group from the furthest reaches of South London. Circulus believe that high-life is actually mediaeval life and so that reflects in their rather enchanting and varied work, work which has been described in the guitarist/lute player of Circulus' own words "hurtful to people's ears", using a mix of modern instruments and mediaeval ones they bring a new lease of life to music one which I have never before seen. They believe in Fairies, Pixies and Scarecrows setting themselves alight with a cigarette (?????)! Circulus' album is called 'Lick on the tip of an envelope' and has been released and is available from most good online shopping sites!
