Circleville Pumpkin Show

The small town of Circleville, Ohio is home to the famous Pumpkin Show, billed as "The Greatest Free Show on Earth". First began as a small market in the early 1900's for farmers to display their goods, the event has swelled over the years to envelop the entire downtown and includes contests, parades, rides, and virtually every pumpkin influenced food imaginable.

This spectacle draws nearly half a million visitors from all over the United States and world during its 4-day run every third week in October, making it one of the largest festivals of its kind in Ohio and the nation.
