Cincinnati Country Day School


 

Cincinnati Country Day School (abbreviated "CCDS") is a private school located at the highest point of Indian Hill, a suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio. It is not affiliated with any religion. Inspired by the Country Day School movement which began in Baltimore twenty years prior, the school was founded in 1926 and now enrolls approximately 1,000 students from preschool through high school. All students in 5th grade or above are equipped with laptop computers as part of the "Anytime Anywhere Learning" program.

The nickname of CCDS sports teams is the "Indians"—this name has caused some controversy but the school has repeatedly elected not to change it for historical reasons.
